Outside of his real estate work, Josh has a demonstrated record of community involvement. He serves the Vashon Island community as a Parks & Recreation District Commissioner, a position he has held since 2021. His passion lies in maintaining open spaces, public lands, and parks for all, believing that getting people outside and active is key to building both health and a strong connection to the local environment. Josh also showcases his commitment to community involvement and investment by donating 1% of his commission checks to island nonprofit organizations.
